Simple and Fair Returns
At Grow Organic Store, we are committed to providing healthy, high-quality fruit trees, vines, nut trees, and olive trees. If your order does not meet expectations, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process.
Because we sell live plants, we apply specific handling rules to ensure plant safety and fair evaluation.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition upon arrival
- Be properly packaged for return shipping
- Include all original labels and planting instructions (if applicable)
⚠️ Please note: Live plants must be reported immediately upon delivery if damaged.
Return Process

- Provide order details and reason for return
- Receive return instructions from our support team
- Carefully repackage the item
- Ship the item back to our return address
- Inspection is completed within 4–7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).
Refund processing time is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We offer replacements or exchanges for:
- Damaged plants upon arrival
- Incorrect items received
- Verified quality issues
Exchanges depend on product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item arrives damaged or defective: we cover return shipping
- For change-of-mind returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Important Notes for Live Plants
Because our products are living plants, please carefully review the following:
- Trees and vines must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery if damaged
- Improper planting, soil conditions, or care are not covered under return eligibility
- Seasonal variations in leaves, size, or appearance are natural and not considered defects
- Plants must be kept in original condition for eligibility
