At Grow Organic Store, we carefully package and ship healthy fruit trees, vines, nut trees, and olive trees to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

We currently ship worldwide, excluding Asia and remote regions.


Order Processing Time

All orders require 4–7 business days for processing before shipment.

During this time, we:

  • Verify your order details
  • Prepare and inspect plants
  • Package items securely for transport
  • Arrange carrier pickup

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days
  • Shipping fee: $12.95
  • Fast and reliable international delivery with tracking

Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Delivery time: 12–24 business days
  • Free for orders over $50
  • Economical global shipping option

Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries worldwide except:

  • Asia
  • Remote or restricted regions

If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately after order placement.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment at any time until delivery.


Packaging of Live Plants

Because we sell live plants, special care is taken:

  • Trees and vines are securely rooted and stabilized
  • Moisture-retaining packaging is used when necessary
  • Protective materials prevent damage during transit
  • Each plant is inspected before shipment

Delivery Responsibility

Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Please ensure:

  • Correct shipping address is provided
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Plants are unpacked immediately upon arrival

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Local handling charges

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier logistics issues
  • Seasonal shipping demand

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • We will investigate and offer a solution (replacement or refund)
