Lucy™ Rose is a unique apple variety that boasts a sweet and slightly tart flavor with a hint of berry, a beautiful red exterior, and naturally red inside. These medium to large apples are perfect for snacking, salads, and baking recipes. The skin is semi-thin, smooth, glossy, and has a bright yellow-green base hue that is usually covered in dark red to crimson blush. The flesh is delightfully firm, dense, and crisp, with a sweet-tart flavor that has hints of berries. It's perfect for eating and fruit and cheese platters.
